‘As two seniors we rode our e-bikes from the Box Hill to Warburton, stayed two nights at Annie’s and returned. Agree with all the other positive reviews “a home away from home” everything we needed, even to a roll of sticky tape in the kitchen. Highly recommend Annie’s for cyclists, you can securely store bikes in the lock up garage and even recharge the batteries with power point in garage. Centrally located a short ride to IGA or store the bikes and walk to the bakery for the first coffee of the day. Restaurants Riverview, Alpine hotel and others are all just a short walk. You can stay here with just minimal luggage such as you carry on a bike – everything else is here, even delivery pizza if you miss the restaurant kitchen hours.’

‘The minute you open the door, WOW, what a delightful cosy welcoming unit. The property had everything that you want. A well-equipped kitchen, well heated or cooled. We just relaxed in the unit, enjoying the tranquillity of the place and absorbing the hills and greenery around. So convenient, short walk to the shops and the river. This is our 3rd visit to Annie’s Place and will not hesitate to come back again in the near future. Thank-you Annie. You’ve done such a good job with the place.’

‘We have got to taste a variety of nice Twinning’s Tea, thank you for the great assortment. So many extra things you have thought of, like warm throws, torch, electric blankets, games, books and great assortment of magazines. The info booklet was FANTASTIC, thank you for a lovely stay. Check out at 11am was also very useful.’

Short walk to shops including local cafes. Very quiet area. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.’
